Sowohl die arbeitsteilige Gruppenarbeit in Form des Jigsaw als auch die Idee des Flipped Classroom haben wir TeilnehmerInnen bei der Erarbeitung von Inhalten aus der <strong>Positiven Psychologie<\/strong>, etwa Prinzipien und Ideen wie <strong>Achtsamkeitspraxis, Dankbarkeit, K\u00f6rperbewusstheit und Bewegung, Ehrliches Mitteilen, Aktives Zuh\u00f6ren, Selbstvertrauensst\u00e4rkung, Mediation<\/strong> und <strong>Gewaltfreie Kommunikation<\/strong> selbst erfahren und erlebt. Wir wurden durchgehend in Partner \u2013 und Gruppenarbeiten aktiviert und haben dadurch besonders viel mitnehmen k\u00f6nnen und auch erfahren, wie effektiv diese kooperativen Lernmethoden ganz besonders in Bezug auf das emotional-soziale Lernen sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13413 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/wp2.nige.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"616\" height=\"437\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wp2.nige.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/3.png 616w, https:\/\/wp2.nige.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/3-300x213.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 616px) 100vw, 616px\" \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ebenso habe ich \u00fcber \u201eDo\u2019s und Don\u2019ts\u201c bei <strong>Mobbingintervention<\/strong> gelernt, Kommunikationsstrategien zum Konfliktmanagement an die Hand bekommen, meine eigene <strong>Konfliktkompetenz<\/strong> reflektiert und Methoden zur Bewusstmachung und <strong>Reduzierung von Stereotypen und Vorurteilen<\/strong> erhalten und in Gruppenarbeit selbst angewendet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alle Inhalte sind auf die meisten F\u00e4cher \u00fcbertragbar bzw. vor allem allgemeinp\u00e4dagogisch relevant. Gerade das Implementieren von Achtsamkeitspraxis das Ein\u00fcben von Aktiver Zuh\u00f6rpraxis sowie Gewaltfreier Kommunikation im Unterricht verringert Stress, Frust und Angst in der Schule und erh\u00f6ht die Wahrscheinlichkeit von <strong>Zufriedenheit und Wohlbefinden<\/strong> und somit auch von <strong>effektivem Lernen<\/strong> bei den Sch\u00fclerInnen. Der gro\u00dfe Fokus sowohl auf der Aktivit\u00e4t als auch auf der Kreativit\u00e4t und Kooperation der Sch\u00fclerInnen in einem zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Unterricht leuchtet mir ebenso ein wie die Relevanz ehrlicher Kommunikation und emotional-sozialen Lernens ganz unabh\u00e4ngig vom fachspezifischen Lernziel.
